The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing - Christmas 2010 Promotion
Before Christmas 2010 I was asked if I could design and build a very small promotional site for the band The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing at extremely short notice. Everyone that had bought their Christmas single on vinyl was to be sent a download code to be able to grab the digital version for free, and a microsite needed to be turned around within a couple of days.
The site was built using PHP and the functionality was simple - users were asked to enter their email and password, and once these details had been checked the download was started. User details were stored in a MySQL database in order to track download requests.
